Program Details

One-time enrollment fee

The $95 enrollment fee includes your first set of retainers. This fee applies only once as long as your subscription remains continuous. Enrollment is free during October.

Payment options

Choose yearly or monthly payments. Monthly recurring payments must be maintained. Two consecutive months of failed payments will result in removal from the program.

New scans

If a new scan is necessary because of tooth movement or changes to dental restorations, a $49 scan fee applies.

Maintaining your alignment

Vivera retainer subscriptions are designed to maintain the alignment achieved through orthodontic treatment. They will not realign teeth that have shifted. An evaluation for additional orthodontic treatment would be necessary.
